BODY CONTOURING

A surgical procedure that allows for removal of excessive fatty deposits that diet and exercise have not corrected. Usually the use of traditional liposuction helps to sculpt the physique.

ARM LIFT

A surgical procedure known as brachioplasty. It allows for removal of sagging skin and fat; often called batwings from the upper arms, while leaving a tightened, smoother appearance.

TUMMY TUCK

Abdominoplasty, another term for a tummy tuck, is performed to correct a protruding abdomen or sagging skin of the abdomen. This procedure is performed by removing the excess skin and fat from the abdominal area and in some cases restores weakened or separated muscles. SEE EXAMPLES

PANNICULECTOMY

A surgery that removes the apron of fatty tissue from the abdomen that in many cases covers the pubic mound.  This surgery, although it does not tighten any muscle, does tighten the abdomen skin eliminating rashes and molodorous conditions.

CIRCUMFERENTIAL BODY LIFT

This procedure is several procedures combined to treat the entire circumference of the front, sides and back. Incisions are made around the entire circumference of the body, removing excess fat and sagging skin. It tightens and lifts the skin and underlying tissue and can improve dimpling in the skin surface.

THIGH LIFT

This surgical procedure removes excess skin and fatty tissue from the upper thigh by the use of liposuction and direct excision.  Saggy thighs are tightened and lifted thereby creating a more youthful appearance.

FAT TRANSFER

This procedure will remove a patient’s own fat generally from the abdomen and thighs to re-implant it where needed. It is commonly used in buttocks augmentation, breast augmentation and as a facial filler.

LIPOSUCTION

Reduces localized fat deposits on the body which does not respond to diet or exercise. This procedure is less invasive but is usually still performed under general anesthesia. SEE EXAMPLES

VAGINAL REJUVENATION

Also called a vaginoplasty. This is a procedure that firms up and reshapes vulvo-vaginal tissue to give it a youthful appearance. A labioplasty will reduce or reshape the labia minora (small lips) on the outside of the vagina.

SCLEROTHERAPY

Also known as sclerovein, is a procedure that is used to treat spider veins.  It involves injecting a solution with a very fine needle which irritates the lining of the vein causing it to stick together.  Thus stopping the flow of blood, causing the vein to shrink. SEE EXAMPLE

SKIN CANCER BODY

Skin cancer is a disease in which malignant cells form in the tissues of the skin.  Basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma can be treated by excising the lesion.  Closure of the defect can be done by suturing, split thickness skin graft or with a flap.  Early treatment will prevent the spread of these malignant cells into adjacent tissues and offer a more pleasing aesthetic result.
